 Powering and Charging

How long does a fully charged battery last?
When running on battery power alone, the Nova5000 does not start up.
When I connect the Nova5000 to the AC adapter, Nova5000’s LED does not indicate orange or green. The battery is not charging.
After completing the charging cycle the Nova5000 LED indicates green. However, when I disconnect the charger, the unit turns off immediately.
After completing the charging cycle, and with the charger still connected to the Nova5000, the LED does not indicate anything. It should be indicating green.
The battery monitor only shows me total power remaining with a resolution of 10%. For example, 10%, 20%, and so on. Why isn’t it giving me a more accurate indication?
What is the power consumption and battery life of the Nova5000?

 Suspend Mode

I placed the Nova5000 in Suspend mode. Later, when trying to resume operation, the Nova5000 didn’t respond when pressing the Suspend button.
I press the Suspend button to place the Nova5000 in Suspend mode but nothing happens.
The Nova5000 unexpectedly goes into Suspend mode.
When running an experiment in MultiLab, what happens when I go into Suspend?
I tried to shutdown the Nova5000 using the Suspend button but didn't succeed.

 LCD Touch Screen

What is the Nova5000 screen resolution?
What is the screen resolution when connected to an external monitor/projector?
The Nova5000 does not respond to screen taps. However, using a mouse I am able to move the cursor.
The touch screen responds erratically when using the stylus.
How do I clean the touch screen?

 General Operating System Issues

The Nova5000 is not responding to mouse clicks or keyboard commands.
The Nova5000 operating system freezes up.
A Nova5000 program stops responding.
When using the Nova5000 in External Monitor mode, I can’t see anything on the Nova screen. Only on the external monitor.

What version of ActiveSync does the Nova5000 support?
My ActiveSync connection timed out. Why?

Nova5000 Data Logger

Can I run the Nova5000 data logger from my MultiLab PC version?
Can I have MultiLab CE open and run the Nova5000 data logger from the PC at the same time?
MultiLab CE fails to identify the Nova5000 data logger. The message ‘Reset’ appears in the lower left corner of the MultiLab CE window.
